What are the delivery times?
Processing time is 1–5 business days. Shipping time is 7–9 business days, tracked. Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days.
What are the shipping costs?
Free shipping on orders over €79; below €79 shipping is €6,95. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to.
Are there any extra costs?
No. All costs are included in the price — VAT paid, nothing to pay on delivery, in every country we ship to. Should a carrier ever ask you to pay anything on delivery, send us the receipt and we refund it in full.
How can I pay?
You can pay securely by card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, PayPal, Klarna, Bancontact, BLIK or MobilePay. Payments are handled by Shopify’s PCI DSS-certified checkout; we never see or store your card details.
Do you offer bundle discounts?
Yes — our quantity discount is applied automatically at checkout: 2 items = extra 10% off, 3 items = 15%, 4 items = 20%, 5 items or more = 25%. It applies to items of €35 and up; accessories under €35 are excluded.
How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Enter it on our Track Your Order page.
What is your return policy?
You have 14 days after delivery to cancel or return your order. See our Return Policy.
